This small-group intensive is designed to assess and heal tight, weak, or painful areas, build strength, increase mobility, and retrain your nervous system—so you can move, play, or train without having to baby your body

What you’ll learn and apply in this intensive:

How to heal restricted areas—not just work around them or treat symptoms

Paul has been a strength, mobility, and movement coach for 19 years, has worked with world champions in 4 different sports, and specializes in helping people move/perform better, heal pain, and develop life-long physical training practices that REGENERATE their bodies rather than breaking them down.
