INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM

This program is for those who already have a fitness base and want to pursue serious hand balancing, bodyweight strength, mobility, and skill training. Training sessions are 5 days per week and are limited to a private group of 4 students only.

    No cookie cutter programs - YOU choose what you want to focus on and commit to. Subjects include strength, mobility, handstands, meditation, nutrition coaching, and more. Click HERE for more info on the subjects / methods.

  • Step 2: Set your budget and time commitment.

    A cohesive plan that addresses your interests, goals, and time commitment will be developed specifically for you after a thorough assessment. To ensure that your plan fits in your budget, your practice can be divided into live sessions and “homework” prescriptions.

  • Step 3: Enjoy world-class coaching.

    From your very first session with Paul, you will know you’re in the hands of a world-class coach who is committed to his students. For any additional homework, you can expect crystal clear instructions and resources, along with support and strict accountability.

With a 15-year background in both injury/pain rehab and high-level performance training, Paul is uniquely qualified to help his students become incredibly strong, fit, mobile, AND pain free.

Paul has high standards and expectations to bring the most out of his students, but he is also a kind and loving teacher. You can expect to learn new things, be challenged to grow, and feel deeply supported all at the same time.
