Next Intensive Cycle
Begins March 1, 2021

What we’ll practice:

  • We practice a big picture approach to developing bodyweight strength, skill, mobility, and general movement IQ that includes hand balancing, gymnastic rings, floor locomotion, and much more.

  • Students often have no experience in handstands or gymnastic rings, but are usually not brand new to movement practice in general (weight training, dance, yoga, martial arts, etc.).

  • We will explore many layers of practice and have fun doing it, but be prepared to work through discomfort and failure.

How it works:

  • Groups are kept extremely small (usually 3-4)

  • Includes three to five 2-hour sessions per week (expect to be sore!)

  • No drop-ins or memberships — commit to one month at a time

  • Depending on the size of the group you join, sessions come out to $15-20 / hour

  • Sessions will either be at Margaret Hance Park or my home studio next door (depending on weather and what we’re working on that day)
