What we’ll practice:
We practice a big picture approach to developing bodyweight strength, skill, mobility, and general movement IQ that includes hand balancing, gymnastic rings, floor locomotion, and much more.
Students often have no experience in handstands or gymnastic rings, but are usually not brand new to movement practice in general (weight training, dance, yoga, martial arts, etc.).
We will explore many layers of practice and have fun doing it, but be prepared to work through discomfort and failure.
How it works:
Groups are kept extremely small (usually 3-4)
Includes three to five 2-hour sessions per week (expect to be sore!)
No drop-ins or memberships — commit to one month at a time
Depending on the size of the group you join, sessions come out to $15-20 / hour
Sessions will either be at Margaret Hance Park or my home studio next door (depending on weather and what we’re working on that day)
