Arrival instructions (IMPORTANT):

The studio is on the side of the building facing 2nd St, just north of the bridge that goes over the street. You will see 2 large, black plant pots shaped like bare feet just outside the door and the Primal Zen logo on the glass door to enter.

Please arrive 10 minutes before start time to meet and get settled. We will be covering a lot of information on training within the 90-minute workshop, so it’s important that we start on time. I also recommend bringing a notebook.

As space is extremely limited, please contact me as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend so that your spot can be given to another student. Even though this workshop is free, please be respectful of this time and do your best to show up ready to learn.
