Over the last 19 years, Paul has worked with world champions from 4 different sports (dance, BJJ, swimming, powerlifting), but his main focus is helping people to train smarter after age 40.
*He worked with 3 of the 5 world champions after age 40 to rebuild their bodies, heal old injuries, and train in a more holistic way after their competitive careers (the exception was the dancers, who were still in their “prime”)
How is a movement coach different from a personal trainer?
Most workouts have very little impact on how well you move. They train MUSCLES, but they don't train MOVEMENT… and it often makes you even more stiff and less balanced by teaching your body to work in isolated segments.
A full-spectrum approach to training movement still includes building strength and muscle, but also develops fluidity and balance, promotes joint health, improves alignment, releases tension, heals injuries, and transforms your overall presence and physicality.
